For the Night
Four comfortable bedrooms designed for deep rest, with sofa-beds in the living room and master bedroom and an extra bedding the Home accommodates up to 12 people.
Outdoor Living
Breathe in the pine-scented air on our spacious green terraces. Perfect for morning yoga, slow breakfasts, or watching the stars after a day at the beach.
Just a short walk through the forest leads you to the unique black magnetic sand beach of Kaprovani. Experience the healing power of the sea, sand and sun.

- Exit Tbilisi - Batumi highway at Shekvetili • Tsvermagala • Concert Hall sign
- Take the first exit at the roundabout on the sea side of the highway (travelling from Batumi first cross the ramp over the highway)
- Take the first turn to the right off the ramp (Kaprovani sign)
- Drive all the way towards the sea and turn right so you see the beach on your left
- Drive forward around 350 m and turn right at Hotel Keti sign
- Kaprovani Retreat Home will be on your right about 70 m up the lane
